崗位職責(zé)： 1. Supervise and manage the contractors HSE system (data) accord with requirement of relevant China and local standard Employer and HBP. 監(jiān)督和管理承包商的HSE體系（數(shù)據(jù)）是否符合中國和當(dāng)?shù)叵嚓P(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、業(yè)主和HBP的要求。 4. Inspect whether the contractors site accord with the HSE plans and Chinese HSE standard and write corrective instructions and punishment notices to the contractor. 檢查承包商現(xiàn)場是否符合HSE計劃和中國HSE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并向承包商出具整改說明和整改處罰通知。 5. Preside or request Jianli to convene site HSE meeting. 主持或要求監(jiān)利召開現(xiàn)場HSE會議。 6. Equest Jianli to review key working procedure (dangerous working procedure) by them. 要求監(jiān)理對關(guān)鍵工序（危險工序）進行復(fù)核。 7. Record and reserve HSE data on site office according to HBP requirement and write weekly safety report both in Chinese and English. 根據(jù)HBP要求，記錄并保存現(xiàn)場辦公室的HSE數(shù)據(jù)，并撰寫每周安全報告。 任職要求： 1. College degree or above, experience of safety management or at least 3-8years. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，至少3-8年安全管理經(jīng)驗。 2.The project is located in South China, can accept on-site work. 項目在華南區(qū)域，能接受駐場工作。 3.Capable of interpersonal and communication skills. 具備良好的人際關(guān)系和溝通能力。 4.Working experiences from Project Management company or related consulting firms preferable Functional Skills. 有項目管理公司或相關(guān)咨詢公司工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 5. Must have logistics plant project construction safety management experience. 必須有物流廠房項目施工安全管理經(jīng)驗。
